I've already deleted the C:->Program Files (x86)->Steam->steamapps->common->Dying Light->-CommonRedist->vcredist folder, which was the solution that other forums mentioned. I've already re-installed the game several times. Then, back to regular Steam library screen. If I click Yes, I see the "Performing first time setup, Installing: Microsoft VC Redist Package" come up. If I click No, it says "Running" for a second, then "Syncing" for half a second, then just stops. When trying to run Dying Light I get the "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your PC" message. I've run into what seems to be a somewhat common problem, yet one I can't seem to solve for Windows 10.
